Shipping Details: Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. All items will be shipped First Class by the United States Postal Service. An option to upgrade shipping to Priority or Express Service is available upon check out for USA orders. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped via email. Shipping within the US typically (but not always) takes 2-6 business days with standard postage. All items will be shipped in gift-ready packaging in a padded, bubble envelope.
Sizing for children-
It is best to measure by placing a string around the child's neck, and then measuring the string to get the exact desired length. Otherwise, below are some guidelines:

Please note that all children are different, just as adults. Some necks are smaller than others, and some are larger. The extension helps to correct an error in sizing a necklace too short, however.

Buyers who elect to use First Class postage will see their packages mailed in -4 business days. Buyers who elect to use Priority or Express method shipping will see their packages mailed within 1-2 business days.

Easy peasy! All orders are always shipped in gift-ready packaging, and no pricing details are included inside the package, ever.
If you would like to include a message to the recipient, please just leave your message in "Optional Buyer Notes." I will gladly transfer the message onto a little card included inside the package.
If your package has not yet shipped, pleased contact me IMMEDIATELY so that your shipping address can be corrected. I can fix it for you!
If your package has already shipped, please contact your local postal authority and request it be forwarded to the proper address. This needs to be completed by the buyer, not by the shop.
If your package has already shipped and is returned in the mail to the shop, the buyer will be responsible for shipping the package a 2nd time, if requested. Otherwise, upon receipt of your returned package, you will be refunded the purchase price, less shipping.
Please be sure you provide an accurate shipping address to avoid such additional charges.
Packages are considered lost for Domestic order after 2 weeks have passed from the shipment date.
Packages are considered lost for International orders after 8 weeks have passed from the shipment date.
If your package has not arrived within the above mentioned time frame, please contact me so that a replacement can be mailed.
Please note: tracking is included with your order. If the tracking states your package has been delivered, please contact your local Post Office. This happens from time to time, and they can almost always track the package down with GPS scan. If, after 2 weeks, and with a written letter/email/phone call from USPS that your package was misdelivered or lost, I will gladly reship your order free of charge.
I use a wide selection of colored gift boxes for all of the various items in the shop. Unless otherwise noted, all items include a gift box.
